Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1.5 cups Butterfinger candy bars crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
  5. Spread filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until fully set before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and clean slices.
