- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the croissant pieces in the dish, followed by ham and cheese.
- Repeat with remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, butter, mustard, salt, and pepper together.
- Pour custard evenly over the croissant layers.
- Let rest 10–15 minutes to absorb.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
