- Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted. Season to taste.
- Add pasta to sauce and toss to coat. Top with sliced Cajun chicken, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, use homemade Cajun seasoning. Adjust spice level to taste.
