- Cook rigatoni until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear steak tips in a hot skillet until browned; remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add cream, milk, parmesan, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
- Simmer until thickened, adding pasta water as needed.
- Add rigatoni to sauce and toss to coat.
- Return steak tips to the skillet and mix until warmed through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
