  • 2 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Pour glaze over kielbasa and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until caramelized.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or spice by adding chili flakes or extra mustard.
