Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Cook apples with butter, sugar, and spices until tender. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer crust, filling, apples, remaining filling, and crisp topping.
  6. Chill at least 6 hours before serving with caramel sauce.

Notes

For best texture, chill overnight and slice with a warm knife.
