- Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Chill.
- Cook apples with butter, sugar, and spices until tender. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Layer crust, filling, apples, remaining filling, and crisp topping.
- Chill at least 6 hours before serving with caramel sauce.
