Mousse
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatin
Caramel Layer
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin in warm water.
  2. Prepare espresso mixture.
  3. Whip cream and fold mixture together.
  4. Layer mousse with caramel.
