- In a mixing bowl, whisk lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, and spices. Add steak and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook steak 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Prepare rice and toss with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, and sliced steak.
- Top with salsa and garnish with lime wedges and cilantro. Serve warm.
