Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 4 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Clean kitchen towel

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rice cauliflower using a food processor until fine and grain-like.
  3. Cook cauliflower rice in microwave or steam until soft, then cool.
  4. Squeeze out all excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. Mix cauliflower with egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings.
  6. Spread mixture into a round crust shape on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Add toppings and bake again for 8–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Remove as much moisture as possible for a crisp crust. Bake twice for best structure.
