Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick and cut into 12 strips.
- Place shredded mozzarella in the center of each strip, fold over, and seal edges.
- Tie each strip into a loose knot and place on the baking sheet.
- Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and seasoning; brush over knots.
- Bake 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with more garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
Seal the dough well to prevent cheese leaks. For extra flavor, brush with butter twice — before and after baking.
