- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place 2 tbsp filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and seal edges with melted butter.
- Heat oil in skillet to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Roll warm egg rolls in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with optional dipping sauces like chocolate or caramel.
Notes
For a lighter version, try air frying at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway. Add crushed graham crackers or fruit fillings for variety.
