Ingredients
  

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for sealing
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for coating
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place 2 tbsp filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and seal edges with melted butter.
  3. Heat oil in skillet to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Roll warm egg rolls in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Serve warm with optional dipping sauces like chocolate or caramel.

Notes

For a lighter version, try air frying at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway. Add crushed graham crackers or fruit fillings for variety.
