- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese until fully combined.
- Add cheddar cheese and chopped bacon, stirring evenly.
- Mix in baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
