  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and lay flat.
  3. Cook beef with garlic and seasonings, then mix with sauce.
  4. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg.
  5. Spread filling on noodles and roll tightly.
  6. Place in baking dish, cover with sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes.

You can substitute beef with vegetables or chicken for variation.
