Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and lay flat.
- Cook beef with garlic and seasonings, then mix with sauce.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg.
- Spread filling on noodles and roll tightly.
- Place in baking dish, cover with sauce and cheese.
- Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes.

You can substitute beef with vegetables or chicken for variation.
