- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet until browned.
- Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice slider buns horizontally and place bottom halves into baking dish.
- Spread meat mixture evenly over buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place top buns over cheese layer.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and sesame seeds.
- Brush butter mixture over buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
