  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Prepare cheese sauce by cooking butter, onion, garlic, flour, and milk until thickened.
