- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto each crescent triangle and roll tightly.
- Arrange filled crescents seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow casserole to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Add cooked bacon, broccoli, or jalapeños for delicious flavor variations. Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for quick prep.
