- Slice chicken sausage and sear in olive oil until browned.
- Add potatoes, onions, and garlic to slow cooker, layering sausage on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then pour in broth and cream.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese 30 minutes before serving until creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add cheese near the end for the best texture. Great with crusty bread or over rice.
