Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 3 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos divided
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook onion and ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese in a bowl.
  5. Layer half of crushed Doritos, beef mixture, creamy layer, then top with remaining Doritos and cheese.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Top with green onions, cilantro, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
