Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over dough.
- Cut dough into squares, stack loosely, and place upright in pan.
- Drizzle remaining garlic butter on top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool briefly and serve warm.
