Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 1 lb pizza dough room temperature
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with garlic butter.
  4. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over dough.
  5. Cut dough into squares, stack loosely, and place upright in pan.
  6. Drizzle remaining garlic butter on top.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Cool briefly and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm for maximum cheese pull.
