Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Fold in cooked beef mixture.
- Transfer mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Optional vegetables can be added. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
