- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer cheeses and pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle seasonings over the filling.
- Roll dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan, and cut steam vents.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Rest before slicing.
