Ingredients
  

Stromboli Dough & Filling
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce divided
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Layer cheeses and pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle seasonings over the filling.
  6. Roll dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan, and cut steam vents.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Rest before slicing.

Notes

Allow stromboli to rest before slicing for best texture.
