Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the loaf into 1–2 inch cubes, without slicing all the way through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle garlic butter between bread cuts and stuff with shredded mozzarella and cheddar.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm, pull apart, and enjoy.
Notes
Assemble ahead and refrigerate overnight for convenience. Optional toppings: rosemary, thyme, or bacon bits.
