Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Slice cauliflower into thick steaks through the core.
- Mix olive oil and spices, then brush onto both sides of steaks.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, and roast 10–15 minutes more.
- Top with cheese and bake until melted and golden.
Notes
For best texture, add cheese only at the end of roasting.
