Ingredients
  

Graham Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Cream Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Cherry Topping
  • 2 cups cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press crust mixture into dessert cups evenly.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer filling over crust in cups.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling and chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be prepared a day in advance.
