Method
- Simmer cherries, sugar, and water in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Mash gently and strain to create cherry syrup.
- Brew Earl Grey tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, then remove tea bags.
- Stir cherry syrup into the brewed tea to taste.
- Add milk and mix gently until well combined.
- Serve warm or pour over ice for an iced version.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and milk ratio to taste. Works well with plant-based milk.
