Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 cups water hot
Cherry Syrup
  • 1 cup fresh cherries pitted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
Milk Tea Assembly
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional

  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Simmer cherries, sugar, and water in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Mash gently and strain to create cherry syrup.
  2. Brew Earl Grey tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, then remove tea bags.
  3. Stir cherry syrup into the brewed tea to taste.
  4. Add milk and mix gently until well combined.
  5. Serve warm or pour over ice for an iced version.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk ratio to taste. Works well with plant-based milk.
