Ingredients
  

Cherry Syrup
  • 1 cup cherries pitted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice
Tea Base
  • 2 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 1 cup hot water
Assembly
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Cook cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan for 8–10 minutes until syrupy. Strain and cool.
  2. Steep Earl Grey tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and add cherry syrup.
  4. Pour brewed tea over the ice, then add milk slowly to create a swirl.
  5. Stir gently and serve with garnish if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cherry syrup. Use dairy-free milk if preferred.
