Method
- Cook cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan for 8–10 minutes until syrupy. Strain and cool.
- Steep Earl Grey tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.
- Fill glasses with ice and add cherry syrup.
- Pour brewed tea over the ice, then add milk slowly to create a swirl.
- Stir gently and serve with garnish if desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cherry syrup. Use dairy-free milk if preferred.
