Ingredients
  

Main Dish
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi and drain.
  3. Sauté chicken and set aside.
  4. Prepare Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and cheese.
  5. Combine gnocchi, chicken, and sauce.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella.
  7. Bake until golden and bubbly.
