Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Stir in chicken and spread into baking dish.
  4. Combine stuffing with broth and butter.
  5. Top casserole with stuffing mixture.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
