Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, mashed avocado, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese on the tortillas.
  4. Carefully roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the ends.
  5. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.

Notes

Substitute cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience. Add extra veggies like bell peppers or cucumbers for crunch.
