Ingredients
  

Meatloaf
  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add egg and milk, mix gently.
  4. Fold in bacon, onion, garlic, cheese, and parsley.
  5. Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
  6. Spread ranch dressing on top.
  7. Bake 45–55 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender. Add extra ranch drizzle before serving for more flavor.
