- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and ranch seasoning.
- Add egg and milk, mix gently.
- Fold in bacon, onion, garlic, cheese, and parsley.
- Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
- Spread ranch dressing on top.
- Bake 45–55 minutes until fully cooked.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender. Add extra ranch drizzle before serving for more flavor.
