Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup basil leaves fresh chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broth and cream, simmer gently.
  5. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  6. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Add basil and lemon juice before serving.

Use fresh basil for best flavor and avoid boiling the sauce.
