- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add broccoli and carrots, stir fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything to combine and heat through for 2 more minutes.
Notes
Top with sesame seeds or chopped scallions for extra flavor. You can swap chicken for tofu for a vegetarian version.
