Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil divided
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
Stir Fry Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth; set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes until cooked through; remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to wok, pour in sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes until thickened and glossy. Serve hot.
