- Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Marinate pork for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place pork on a foil-lined baking sheet with a wire rack.

- Cook another 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
- Broil 2-3 minutes for charred edges.

Notes
Pork shoulder yields the juiciest results. For extra glaze, brush with reserved marinade after cooking.
