Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted, optional drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth top. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.
  5. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling and optional melted chocolate drizzle before slicing.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight before serving.
