Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth top. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling and optional melted chocolate drizzle before slicing.

For best results, chill overnight before serving.
