- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Spread dough in prepared pie dish; bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool at least 10 minutes before slicing; serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Optionally serve with ice cream or caramel drizzle.
