Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour and salt gradually, mixing until dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  6. Shape into balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 14–18 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on wire rack before serving.

Notes

Chill dough if too soft and avoid overbaking for best texture.
