Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in strawberries gently.
  5. Bake 12–14 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate and allow to set.

Notes

Pat strawberries dry to prevent excess moisture in dough.
