Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in strawberries gently.
- Bake 12–14 minutes. Cool completely.
- Dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate and allow to set.
Notes
Pat strawberries dry to prevent excess moisture in dough.
