Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Press one puff pastry sheet into the bottom of the dish.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in egg and vanilla.
- Spread filling over pastry and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Top with second pastry sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over the top before serving.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before baking for best results. Customize with fruits or different chocolates.
