Ingredients
  

Banana Bites
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into even rounds.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one slice and top with another to form sandwiches.
  3. Freeze banana sandwiches for 1 hour until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip frozen banana bites into melted chocolate.
  6. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle toppings if desired.
  7. Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until chocolate sets.
  8. Serve frozen or slightly thawed.

Notes

Keep frozen for best texture. Try almond butter or white chocolate variations.
