Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or provolone cheese
  • 4 pieces sub rolls sliced and lightly toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Chop cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, let cool, then chop into crumbles.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  4. Lightly toast sub rolls in the oven or skillet.
  5. Layer lettuce and tomato slices on the bottom half of each roll.
  6. Pile on the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture. Add onions if desired.
  7. Top with extra cheese if preferred, then toast briefly until melted.
  8. Close sandwiches, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle buffalo sauce or barbecue sauce into the mixture. Store filling separately from bread to keep sandwiches fresh.
