Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake in water bath 60–70 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
