Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape mixture into 1-1.5 inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- While meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs with cranberry glaze until evenly coated.
- Transfer to serving platter, garnish with parsley and cranberries, and serve warm.
