  • 8 cups popped popcorn plain or lightly salted
  • 1 cup green candy melts or white chocolate + green food coloring
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips optional for drizzle
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup red heart candies or red M&Ms
  • 1 tbsp holiday sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large mixing bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt green candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted candy coating over the popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Add mini marshmallows and red heart candies while coating is still warm.
  5. Spread coated popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Melt white chocolate and drizzle over popcorn. Top with sprinkles.
  7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then break apart and serve.

Notes

Use plain popcorn to help the candy coating stick. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
