Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in M&Ms, chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, toffee bits, and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
