- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter with sugars in a large bowl until combined.
- Beat in eggs, then vanilla and peppermint extract.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Top with crushed candy canes while warm.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For a softer crunch, add candy canes right before serving. These brownies store well in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
