- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and almond extract.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in holiday sprinkles gently using a spatula.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool bread in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled bread and top with extra holiday sprinkles before serving.
