Ingredients
  

Steak Bowl
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat steak.
  2. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Cook steak over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
  4. Rest steak and slice thinly.
  5. Prepare rice and warm beans and corn.
  6. Assemble bowls with all ingredients.
  7. Garnish and serve.
