Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place in dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour egg mixture over rolls and let sit 10–15 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Drizzle with icing and serve warm.
Notes
For overnight prep, assemble and refrigerate the casserole, then bake fresh in the morning.
