- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar until foamy.
- Mix in flour, salt, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Divide dough, roll into ropes, and shape into pretzels.
- Boil pretzels briefly in baking soda bath.
- Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be frozen before coating and reheated.
